What is the difference between an operator and a broker?
A broker sells flights it does not perform: it looks for an aircraft available from a third party, and you have no link with whoever flies you. An operator holds its own air operator certificate, its own aircraft and its own crews.
Dasnair is an operator. We fly under our Swiss AOC, with our Falcon and our crews, and we maintain it ourselves. When a question arises, the answer depends on no one else.
How does a flight request work?
You send us your route, your dates and the number of passengers, through the request form or by telephone. Our operations team assesses feasibility, then sends you a tailored proposal. Our operations are reachable day and night.
What happens if your aircraft is not available?
We draw on a worldwide network of trusted partners, which allows us to offer a wide choice of business aircraft and to find a solution without delay. The difference: we select those partners by the same standards we apply to ourselves.
Is the flight limited to the journey by air?
No. Whatever your point of departure or arrival, we arrange door-to-door transport, accommodation and everything your journey involves. The aim is that you have one single point of contact, from leaving home to your real destination.
Which destinations do you fly to?
Sans limite géographique particulière. Avec un rayon d’action de 11 945 kilomètres sans escale, notre Falcon 8X relie directement depuis Genève des destinations telles que New York, Los Angeles, São Paulo, Singapour ou Tokyo. Sur le court-courrier, nous desservons les hubs d’affaires européens, y compris des terrains exigeants comme London City, Lugano ou Samedan.
What safety guarantees?
We operate under an air operator certificate issued by the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) and are subject to European EASA regulations. The aircraft’s continuing airworthiness is ensured by our own approved CAMO+ organisation. Our regulatory documents, including the AOC certificate and our general conditions, are publicly available at the foot of every page.
