Data we collect
Contact form. Name, email address, telephone where applicable, and the content of your message.
Flight composition form. Name, contact details, desired itinerary, dates and number of passengers, together with any details you choose to send us. This information is used solely to prepare the proposal requested.
Application form. Identity, contact details, curriculum vitae, covering letter and the documents you attach. This data is reserved for processing your application and is not used for any other purpose.
Technical data. Like any website, our host records connection logs (IP address, time stamp, pages viewed, browser). These logs serve the security and proper functioning of the site.
We collect no data for advertising purposes and we neither sell nor rent your data to third parties.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data in order to respond to your contact and charter enquiries (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract), to review your application (pre-contractual measures, with your consent for the documents submitted), and to ensure the security and maintenance of the site (legitimate interest).
Retention periods
Messages and flight requests are kept for the time needed to process the request and for any commercial relationship that may follow, then for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange.
Application files are kept for the duration of the recruitment process, then deleted no later than 6 months after it ends, unless you expressly consent to us keeping your file for future opportunities.
Technical logs are kept for the periods applied by our host, then deleted automatically.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to those people at Dasnair S.A. who need it to handle your request. It is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva). We use technical providers for the maintenance of the site, who are contractually bound to confidentiality.
Third-party services and transfers outside Switzerland
Certain features of the site rely on external services that may receive your IP address when pages load:
Typefaces. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States).
Location map. The map on the contact page loads base maps from CARTO servers and OpenStreetMap data.
Technical libraries. Some display components are served by the cdnjs delivery network (Cloudflare).
These transfers are limited to the technical data strictly necessary for display. No data entered in our forms is passed to these services.
Cookies
The site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation, in particular to remember your choice of language. It does not use advertising cookies. The details and your preferences are available in our cookie policy.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (TLS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to the data we hold about you, its correction, its erasure or the restriction of its processing, object to processing, or request that your data be provided in a common format. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@dasnair.ch enclosing proof of identity. We reply within 30 days.
You may also contact a supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch); in the European Union, the authority of your country of residence.
Minors
This site is not aimed at persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data concerning them.
