The integrated model

Why bring all three under one roof.

In business aviation, these three disciplines are most often separate. A broker sells the flight, an operator performs it, a third-party organisation follows the aircraft’s airworthiness. Each does its job, and no one answers for the whole. Between the three there are interfaces, delays, and areas where responsibility is diluted.

We made the opposite choice. We charter our own Falcon aircraft, we operate those that owners entrust to us, and we manage continuing airworthiness ourselves, all under a single Swiss certificate. The engineer who follows the aircraft and the pilot who flies it work in the same house.

This is not a commercial position, it is a safety position. An airworthiness directive, wear spotted during a stopover, a regulatory constraint: the information travels without passing through three contracts. And for you it means one single point of contact, from the first call to the landing.

Frequently asked questions

Where to begin?

I simply want to book a flight. Which service concerns me?

Thecharter service. You send us your route, your dates and the number of passengers, and we send you a tailored proposal. It is the most requested service, and the simplest: you fly, we take care of the rest.

I own an aircraft. What can you do for me?

Two things, separately or together. Aircraft management : we operate your Falcon under our Swiss AOC, with crew, compliance and scheduling, and can generate value from it through charter when you are not flying. And CAMO+ maintenance : we take charge of continuing airworthiness, even if you do not entrust the operation to us.

Do the three services have to be taken together?

No. Each discipline works independently. Our CAMO organisation also works on aircraft belonging to third-party European operators, who entrust us with that aspect alone. But when all three are brought together, the chain of responsibility is unbroken, and that is where the value is created.

What sets you apart from a broker?

A broker holds neither aircraft, nor certificate, nor crew: it resells a flight operated by a third party. We are an operator. We fly under our own Swiss Air Operator Certificate, with our Falcon aircraft and our crews, since 2001. You deal directly with the house that flies you.

Can you be reached outside office hours?

Yes. Our operations answer day and night, seven days a week, on +41 22 717 82 00. Our CAMO support is also available around the clock for the aircraft we monitor.
